KFCMN serves relative caregivers regardless of immigration status.

We do not collect citizenship or immigration status information on the hotline or in our virtual consultations.

KFCMN helps relatives and relative caregivers navigate legal issues to prevent family separation. We are available to help prevent child protection intervention and when there is an open case.

We provide direct legal help to relatives in four ways:

♦ HOTLINE (612-424-6958) for legal assistance on urgent issues

♦ Legal consultation by
appointment

♦ Community-based legal clinics

♦ Direct legal representation in complex cases
